okay, basically you will do RP(role play).
you act like someone who just moved to the city, then you gotta to socialize with ppl, go to their shop, buy things, have a heart event with guys, do your jobs.

addition to that, since its also part of Rune factory, you can fight monsters here.
you gotta to go to the academy to learn the skills, and do quest.
