Never mind, I decided that it'd be much cooler if I were a really good, dangerous witch of the fire element.

I'm planning to make those who want to be the hero(those who have special powers and fight monsters)
to got to the Academy.
from there they need to take the subject as they want to become
and they need to do some quest in order ro get the skill

(for ex. ppl ask for help to find certain mushroom with money as reward, sometimes items is given too)
